The upward trend $ADA is no longer as strong
The DMI chart shows that the Average Directional Index (ADX) is at 24, noticeably below 60, as it was just a few days ago. The index measures the strength of the trend, regardless of its direction. Values above 25 indicate a strong trend, while below 20 indicate weak momentum.
The decrease in ADX signals that the upward trend of ADA is losing strength and may enter a consolidation phase unless bullish momentum strengthens.
The D+ value is at 22.5, while D- is at 19. Thus, the positive directional indicator (D+) is still above the negative (D-). This indicates the preservation of the upward trend despite its weakening. The narrow gap between D+ and D- reflects the decrease in the dominance of bulls. This could lead to a trend change to neutral or even downward if selling pressure intensifies.
For ADA to continue to rise, D+ must strengthen and push ADX above 25. This will confirm the revived momentum.
