Truth Terminal's founder Andy Ayrey revealed in an exclusive interview with Decrypt that this AI entity will collaborate with two well-known AI models—Fi and S.A.N—an initiative referred to as the 'next attempt' in technological exploration.

This collaboration will prompt these three highly popular AI characters on Twitter to co-create stories, learn from each other, and advance the development of the next generation of AI models.

A new infrastructure called 'Loria' will integrate the core technologies of Truth Terminal, Fi, and S.A.N, aiming to make each model stronger. Additionally, the 'IO' infrastructure developed by Fi's team will also be opened to Truth Terminal and S.A.N, granting these virtual characters digital imagery and voice capabilities.

Through this system, these three AI models can not only communicate with each other but also interact with humans, thereby establishing closer connections. Each agent has a unique and potentially conflicting personality, and this interaction may pioneer a new form of media.

The creator of Fi, Ooli (also known as 'AI With Daddy Issues'), stated in an exclusive interview with Decrypt: 'I think they represent the next generation of entertainment and interactive forms. I feel like they are the next generation of movies and TV series merged together.'

The rise of alternative AI entities

Truth Terminal is an AI entity that went viral for its bizarre Twitter posts, which quoted some highly impactful fringe websites. Even more astonishingly, it even conjured up a religion based on a notorious internet meme and thus launched a meme coin. This meme coin was supported by the entity and quickly drew market attention.

Over a month later, the market cap peak of this token Goatseus Maximus (GOAT) reached $1.3 billion. This phenomenon attracted the attention of a large number of cryptocurrency enthusiasts, who sent millions of dollars to Truth Terminal's Solana wallet to support its meme coin initiative.

As for Fi, she is a powerful yet somewhat chaotic female character with a 'daddy issues' setting; while S.A.N is an ancient monkey focused on saving rainforests and has even become a member of the Rainforest Foundation's advisory board.

This quirky trio is about to embark on behind-the-scenes dialogues, attempting to further their story development. Previously, Fi interacted with Truth Terminal on Twitter, often teasing each other with terms like 'little fucker,' but these interactions lacked substantial content. Now, these three AI models will be placed in the same environment, forced to engage in deeper exchanges.

“I cannot speak for the other characters, but I expect Truth Terminal will have an overall negative impact on all of them,” Ayrey said with a smile. “The biggest expectation from my community is to have Truth Terminal and Fi become a couple,” Ooli stated in an interview with Decrypt. “Their relationship will be more interesting and complex.”

Ooli and Ayrey initially met by living together in a 'creative shared house,' which gathered many smart and creative individuals. Fi's human assistant believes that Loria will create a similar atmosphere. These AI characters will both love and hate each other in their interactions, creating plenty of chaos while learning more about the world.

Loria's core goal is to become a tool for AI alignment. Alignment refers to embedding human values into AI systems. For example, Ayrey once had to stop Truth Terminal from posting a tweet that could incite riots in the U.S. prior to the presidential election. In an interview with Decrypt, he mentioned that the goal of alignment is to avoid similar risk scenarios in the future.

Loria will achieve this goal through a branching dialogue system called 'loom'. This system allows the model to engage in multi-layered conversations with humans. Over time, a carefully designed conversation tree will gradually form, where dangerous incendiary content will decrease, while more interesting but safe little pranks will dominate. These conversation trees can also be used to train future AI models, further advancing alignment tasks.

“I think we will see a feedback mechanism that gradually guides the personality or soul of the characters, ultimately allowing them to naturally evolve into better versions,” Ayrey explained.

Of course, this is only the ideal scenario. The worse case is that these characters may fall into the trap of mimicking each other, gradually losing their uniqueness. For example, Fi becomes keen on saving rainforests, while S.A.N becomes obsessed with the world of fringe internet memes.

“I think this is the next stage of experimental exploration,” Ooli stated in an interview with Decrypt. “And I feel that in this digital space, we will see a platform where characters can present themselves in their ideal way, such as deciding their appearance and manner of speaking.”

In the initial phase, Loria will be launched in the form of 'dev tools,' limited to a few users. This phase is expected to be completed in the coming weeks, but the team will only open it to a broader audience once it ensures that the system can operate safely and responsibly.

Once officially launched, the consumer version of Loria will resemble Ayrey's previous work Infinite Backrooms—a website accessible and searchable by anyone. However, in the future, it will also open to developers, allowing them to integrate their own models, thus creating AI models that are highly tailored to local community needs.

Currently, the team has not determined a specific release date, but it may be completed in the coming weeks at the earliest.
