Recently, many people have been asking about ACT. I estimate that a large portion of them are trapped after buying at high prices and don’t know how to operate; another portion may feel the current price is attractive but are unsure whether to enter (for fear that the MEME narrative is over). So let me share my judgment about this cryptocurrency, which should not be considered as investment advice.
1. Is the overall cryptocurrency bull market ending or just beginning?
I judge that we are currently in the early stages of a bull market, and the cryptocurrency market has just experienced a significant surge in Bitcoin; we are now in the phase where funds are flowing from Bitcoin to altcoins.
2. Is the overall MEME era over?
I believe that currencies like ACT, NEIRO, PNUT, etc., are no longer suitable to be called memes. I have given them a new name: "On-chain New Assets." This is different from past meme coins like DOGE, SHIB, PEPE, etc., which created wealth; the characteristics of these new assets are long duration, mass wealth creation, and leading market trends, making them potential engines of the bull market.
3. Analysis of ACT
On-chain new assets can roughly be divided into three tracks: Art, Zoo, AIMEME. ACT is the only currency in the AIMEME track that has been listed on the BN spot market. Compared to the other two tracks, I believe the storytelling, sustainability, and ceiling of the AIMEME track are higher, especially since AI is the mainstream in the global finance and tech circles today.
4. Technical analysis of ACT
The K-line of a cryptocurrency in the primary market should be ignored after entering the secondary market; this is because the sources and volumes of participating funds are different, as well as the composition of the personnel involved in trading. We only need to pay attention to the K-line of ACT after it goes on BN.
0.382---0.618 below a little is my accumulation zone. I personally adopt a combination of left and right accumulation methods. Going down is the left side; after hitting the bottom, buying again when it forms a bottoming structure is the right side.
Be careful not to assume that the black line or 0.618 is the bottom; it is possible that this is already the bottom, and the black line may not hold. Focus on strategy over specific points, and accumulate positions you can hold.
The same applies to PNUT.
Another point worth noting is that ACT has already broken free from the downward moving average pressure, increasing the possibility of forming a bottom here.
People often say that after such a significant surge, MEME should remain dormant for six months or a few months before starting the second wave of market momentum.
Those who say this either cannot distinguish between bull and bear markets or do not understand the levels.
