🚀CoinShares Report: Bitcoin ETF welcomed over $3 billion last week, with net inflows reaching an all-time high!
As the price of Bitcoin approaches the $100,000 mark, weekly inflows into digital asset investment products soared to $3.124 billion!
Last week, Solana led the way with $16.2 million in inflows, far exceeding Ethereum's $2.8 million in net inflows. The entire digital asset investment market is also thriving, attracting nearly $3.13 billion in a single week, bringing the total investment amount since mid-September (when the U.S. began cutting interest rates) to $15.2 billion!
So far this year, inflows into cryptocurrencies have skyrocketed to $37 billion, surpassing the initial $309 million in the first year of the U.S. gold ETF. Among them, Bitcoin ETF's annual inflow reached nearly $34.4 billion, accounting for over 90% of the entire cryptocurrency market's annual inflows!
Despite the bullish outlook for Bitcoin, short-selling investments have also significantly increased, with weekly inflows reaching $10 million. This month, inflows into Bitcoin short products hit $58 million, the highest monthly total since August 2022.
Meanwhile, other altcoins also have good news, with XRP, LTC, and Chainlink seeing inflows of $15 million, $4.1 million, and $1.3 million, respectively. Cardano is also holding its own, attracting $700,000 in inflows.
However, multi-asset investment products (stocks, bonds, commodities, real estate, different currencies, and various alternative investments) haven't been so fortunate, with outflows for the second consecutive week, totaling $10.5 million exiting the market.
In terms of countries and regions, the U.S. attracted $3.2 billion last week, while Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland saw some pullback after the price surge. Brazil also experienced outflows totaling $12.5 billion. However, Canada, Hong Kong, and Australia brought good news, with inflows of nearly $31 million, nearly $30 million, and $9 million, respectively.
