Public Company Nature's Miracle to Enter Bitcoin Mining, Plans to Acquire 51% Stake in Future Tech for $3 Million

Foresight News reports that Nasdaq-listed company Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. has announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary NM Data Inc., which will primarily focus on the development and acquisition of Bitcoin mining facilities. The company has signed an agreement with Bitcoin mining company Future Tech to invest $3 million, with an initial investment of $200,000 and an additional $2.8 million to be paid within twelve months after the initial closing. Upon completion of the transaction, NM Data will own 51% of Future Tech.
