CoinVoice has recently learned that Nasdaq-listed company Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. has announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, NM Data Inc., which will primarily enter the field of developing and acquiring Bitcoin mining facilities. It has currently signed an agreement with Bitcoin mining company Future Tech to invest $3 million.
