BlockBeats reports that on November 26, Nasdaq-listed Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, NM Data Inc., which will primarily focus on the development and acquisition of Bitcoin mining facilities. Currently, it has signed an agreement to invest $3 million in Bitcoin mining company Future Tech.
According to reports, the initial investment for this transaction is $200,000, with an additional $2.8 million to be paid within twelve months after the initial closing. After the transaction is completed, NM Data will own 51% of Future Tech.
