BlockBeats News, November 26th, Polygon Labs CEO Marc Boiron stated in a post on X Platform that the project's co-founder Sandeep Nailwal's Indian background has led to bias against the project, affecting the broader adoption of the network. Boiron said that despite Polygon PoS's usage once exceeding that of all other blockchains combined, the project still did not receive the recognition it deserved.
In response, Nailwal stated that he has learned not to overly personalize this bias and urged developers to focus their energy on building transformative solutions. EigenLayer team member Nader Dabit also noted that there is indeed bias against Indian developers in the crypto community, partly stemming from insecurity.
