Splinterlands, one of the first web3 TCGs on the market, has just revealed Survival Mode, a new ranked format that promises to transform the game's dynamics and player economy. The new feature was announced on November 22, and is scheduled to launch in early 2025.

🎮 How Survival Mode works:

- Players can use any card in the format, without spending energy on battles.

- Cards that "die" in combat enter a cooldown state, becoming unavailable for a period of time.

- It will be possible to remove the cooldown with "Revival Potions", purchased with DEC, Credits or Glint.

💰 Rewards and economy:

- ​​Survival Mode will have a $SPS reward pool similar to the Modern and Wild formats.

- Players will compete for leaderboard prizes and daily rewards, with future integrations planned to add Glint as a reward.
