ChainCatcher news, according to Crowdfund Insider, Crypto.com has acquired global financial trading and brokerage service company Charterprime Ltd., which holds an investment dealer license and a global business license issued by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission.

Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek stated that this acquisition is the latest step in its roadmap to "integrate traditional finance and crypto tools into a simple application with rewards."
