11.22 Zhang Lihui: Ethereum market analysis and operation suggestions:

It can be seen that the Ethereum 4-hour chart's intraday candlestick has broken the MA60 and upper band pressure as expected, which is the 3160 position mentioned yesterday. Under the driving force of the main players, the market has once again risen to above 3300; the current Bollinger Bands are opening up, and the lower band has broken the long-held 3000 level, indicating that there is space below. Do not be misled by the current bullish momentum; today’s upper pressure can be seen at the previous high position before the 12th for shorting; for small levels, consider the MA60 and EMA7 range for support at the low long position; the current position is not recommended for chasing long, to prevent the main players from pulling up to sell, after all, Ethereum has risen so much intraday, which is still rare.

The daily candlestick level has pierced the upper band, but there has been no significant upward movement in the Bollinger Bands' upper band. It is expected that the daily closing price will again fall below the upper band, with retracement support looking at the middle band and EMA7 position; EMA30 continues to rise, and the previously mentioned EMA60 has crossed above EMA120, with EMA80 closely following. The medium and long-term bullish trend continues to exist; the previously anticipated DIF and DEA dead cross has regained and formed a golden cross. We will continue to observe today’s performance to see if it can widen again.

In summary, Lihui believes that a short position can be tested at the high point on the 12th, and if the retracement support does not break, it can continue to be long as the main strategy.

It is recommended to enter lightly long below 3170; stop loss below 3130; target looking at 3250-3340-3430; if it breaks above the 3440-3460 range, it can continue to hold above 3500.
