Foresight News reports that OnchainLens monitored a large whale withdrawing 3.02 million USDC from Binance and purchasing GOAT and FARTCOIN. Of this, 2.64 million USDC was spent to buy 2.5 million GOAT, and 377,000 USDC was spent to buy 102 FARTCOIN.
