Bitcoin has broken through 97
The only altcoin bull scenario I can think of is
If Bitcoin directly breaks through 100,000
Triggering FOMO
Should lead to a brief boom in altcoins
But currently, there are many sell orders for Bitcoin between 97-100 (several thousand BTC in spot sell orders)
So it's uncertain whether it can directly break through 100,000
But breaking through 97 is a very good signal
