How to seize every wave of the bull market?
Save this guide, the bull market has just begun, and the big gains are still ahead; it can help you make money all the way!
In a bull market, altcoins do not all surge at once. I'm not talking about a 10-30% increase, but rather significant surges of 300-700% or even higher! These ups and downs add up to the entire bull market.
Funds flow between tokens, so the altcoin season doesn't wrap up in a week, it takes months. Previously, the flow of funds was: Bitcoin → Ethereum → High Market Cap → Low Market Cap, and then it would start all over again. But this pattern is now outdated.
Now the flow of funds is more nuanced, let me explain:
Phase One: Bitcoin is still the leader; when the market giants move, others follow.
Phase Two: In this round of altcoins, Solana starts to rise. Some major altcoins will also follow, but the rise will be weak. (We are currently here)
Phase Three: Lottery phase! Major meme coins and other mainstream coins are on the rise. Some may perform poorly or join the lottery late.
Phase Four: Hot concepts dominate, such as meme coins, AI, RWA, or combinations of these. Some concepts may be skipped, so you need to choose wisely.
Phase Five: Low market cap tokens start to surge wildly, potentially rising every hour! At this time, stable meme coins and projects with good fundamentals are the most sought after. From here, winners can outpace low market cap significantly. Remember to choose the strongest ones, as Pump & Dump (rising followed by selling) is common.
Phase Six: Reset, funds flow back to Bitcoin. The more mature the market, the harder it is to predict this cycle. Don’t waste the bull market; in the next 5-9 months, you still have the chance to make big money!
But don’t forget, there are two key ways to accumulate wealth:
One is to hold onto tokens that can rise long-term;
Two is to trade with tokens that rise quickly.
However, history proves that very few succeed long-term relying solely on the second method. Therefore, most of the money still needs to be placed in long-term investments. If you want to catch every big surge, just use some “spare money” for trading.
