Biden authorizes Ukraine to use long-range U.S. missiles against Russia.
President Joe Biden has authorized the first use by Ukraine of long-range missiles supplied by the United States for attacks inside Russia, U.S. officials said.
The weapons are likely to be initially employed against Russian and North Korean soldiers in defense of Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region, west of Russia, officials said.
