The Russian President signed an amendment to the Russian nuclear doctrine, which was amended to:
Allowing the use of direct nuclear response in the event of ballistic missiles being launched targeting Russian territory.
The amendment also includes:
Nuclear response to any country that provides its territory and resources for aggression against Russia or any party that threatens its sovereignty and the sovereignty of our ally Belarus.
