The Secret to Taking Profits (Applicable to both Futures - Spot - Margin). After many years of research, I have found that the method of taking profits based on percentage is an extremely optimal method, especially for those who are battling in the Futures market. The method of taking profits based on percentage is understood as follows:

- Set a minimum percentage milestone to take profits (For example, 5-10%)

- When you reach this milestone, take profits according to the corresponding percentage

For example: You are holding a Long position or buying Spot 1000 token X worth $1000 and are making a profit of 10% ($100), at this point you may be unsure whether to take profits or hold on. At that time, apply the percentage profit-taking method and take profits equal to 10% of the account (That is, take 100 token X worth $100)

After taking profits, your account will still have 900 token X (worth $1000) and $100 in cash. At this point, two scenarios will occur:

1/ If the price of token X returns to the original purchase price, consider it a break-even position and you won't lose anything when setting the SL entry

2/ If the price of token X continues to increase by 10-20%, you will still have stocks to sell (Continue applying 10-20% on the remaining tokens)

Thus, even when the token rises incredibly strong to x2-x3-x5, you will still have stocks to take profits and will never be in a state of anxiety about having taken profits too early while watching the price soar regretfully.
