Ledger will reimburse users for $600 thousand stolen as a result of the hack.
The company also promised to abandon the use of a “blind signature” and replace it with a method of confirming transactions in which it will be possible to see all the details of the transaction
Ledger has promised to refund $600,000 in crypto assets stolen from users, including non-Ledger customers, in a software hack in mid-December. Crypto wallet developers have stated that they will try to do this by the end of February 2024.
