The police conducted an in-depth investigation and found that the fraud gang arranged door-to-door cash withdrawals, money transfers, and transfers without coupons or cards, with multiple suspects involved. The fraudulent money was eventually converted into virtual currency online and illegally transferred. At present, the Chengxi Public Security Bureau of Xining Public Security Bureau has successively arrested 12 criminal suspects in many places inside and outside the province, and the case is being further handled.
