I will say it again for the N+1 time. On January 6, 2021, if anyone committed treason, it was only Pence who undoubtedly committed treason.

On January 6, Vice President Pence illegally usurped the power of President Trump and issued an order that only the president had the right to sign:

Ordered states to send National Guards across state borders, ordered the DC National Guard to be dispatched, and let the National Guard besiege the president and his supporters.

Pence initially convened the cabinet on the advice of his lawyer and tried to impeach the president to legally obtain authority, but most cabinet ministers refused.

As a result, Pence simply issued an illegal order and besieged those cabinet ministers who refused to impeach the president (thus avoiding the president from summoning these cabinet ministers to issue reverse orders).

Note: Trump's grabbing of the steering wheel occurred at noon, and the Capitol Hill was set to fall into the trap from 1 to 3 pm. Pence's illegal order was issued in the morning.

Pelosi's actions were a covert collusion, while Pence openly committed treason.
