$FLOKI Valhalla Partners with Mall of the Emirates in Dubai
Valhalla, our PlayToEarn Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) blockchain game, is proud to announce a massive partnership in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
During the four-week campaign, from November 15 to December 12, Valhalla’s brand will be prominently displayed on 93 screens in the mall.
Located in the heart of Dubai, Mall of the Emirates is one of the world’s most prestigious shopping destinations. Since its opening in 2005, it has become an iconic landmark, attracting millions of visitors each year. The mall has a footfall of approximately 111,500 people per day, making it a prime location for the Valhalla campaign to reach a diverse and international audience.
The mall’s strategic location on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai’s prime area, coupled with its diverse visitor base, provides Valhalla with an opportunity to reach both a local and international audience.
The multi-storey mall covers 255,489 square metres and features over 630 retail outlets, 80 luxury stores and 250 flagship stores. It also houses some of Dubai’s most popular attractions, including the indoor ski resort Ski Dubai, Magic Planet entertainment centre and VOX cinemas.
Despite its smaller population, the UAE is the third largest crypto economy in the MENA region, recording $34 billion in crypto transactions between July 2023 and June 2024. This represents an impressive 42% year-on-year growth, far outstripping the MENA average of 11.73%, according to Chainalysis.
Dubai’s rapid evolution into a crypto hub has been fuelled by initiatives such as the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA), which offer crypto-friendly regulatory frameworks.
Valhalla’s campaign at Mall of the Emirates fits perfectly with this momentum. By showcasing its brand in one of Dubai’s busiest and most iconic locations, Floki aims to increase awareness and adoption of its ecosystem.
The campaign follows Floki’s recent four-week marketing initiative at Dubai’s WAFI Mall, which saw its brand appear on 18 digital screens from November 8 to December 5. Together, these efforts are part of Floki’s larger strategy to dominate Dubai’s crypto scene.
