This is a summary post where I predicted that BTC would reach a new high a month ago. After more than half a year of patience, it multiplied by more than ten times in the first month of the bull market, releasing the pent-up frustration of over half a year in one go. Confession before BTC hits a new high
BTC has been adjusted for half a year. Although I have made a little profit in this half year, the process is really very painful. I always intervene at the freezing point of each bottom, but I always miss the opportunity to sell at a high position because I always want the market to reverse, and finally I am beaten back to the original shape. There is no need to say much about the domestic economy. Except for the digital currency market, there are basically no other development opportunities. The tension, anxiety, suffering, excitement, and loss surrounding the past six months, all kinds of emotions are vividly reflected.

Looking back on the adjustment of more than half a year, it is the first time in my ten years of working in the trading industry that I have been deeply involved in the bear market. In other markets, as long as the bear market turns, I basically leave the market and don’t watch it. BTC always gives hope when it plummets, and makes people disappointed when it soars again.

However, from now on, this half year is a valuable practice. In this half year, my trading frequency has dropped to the lowest in ten years. I have been watching the market every day, but I have not traded most of the time. I study my emotional changes every day and polish the details of every transaction. Maybe it's emotions, maybe it's desires, most people can't do what they want, that's why the idiom "unity of knowledge and action" is widely circulated.

One of the truths I figured out in the past six months is that human growth is a long-term change in the perspective of gains and losses, and one of its specific characteristics is self-discipline.
