Daria Porechna, Head of Protocol Engineering at #AutonomysNetwork spoke to AiThority and Authority Magazine about her experience in blockchain, cryptography and the emerging AI-driven Web3 industry. She talks about how Autonomys uses AI to develop decentralised products and how AI3.0 could revolutionise digital worlds by deploying decentralised intelligence and openness in the network. The team’s roadmap intrigues media professionals, Porechna noted that the work of the company’s subdivision called Autonomys is to represent the interests of women and other discriminated minorities in Web3.
Thanks to her academic profile established based on cryptography, Porechna can easily build transitions between technological advancement and project utilization. She discussed her job at Autonomys as an endeavour towards delivering a novel blockchain paradigm that is secure, pro-autonomous, and pro-user. It also shows her appreciation for accessibility and innovation as she goes further to clarify that decentralization concepts should make users engaged participants in digital ecosystems.
This approach is evident explicitly during her interview where she briefly discusses community involvement and outsourced progress, which are central to Web3’s success. Autonomys employs the power of #SocialMining to ensure people from that community would contribute and participate in making that platform better. During social mining, people interact with the network and in turn, they share the insight they have gotten from the network and continually foster a positive network in support of Automoneys’ purpose.
At the panel, Porechna gave some words of wisdom for young women looking to break into the blockchain, specifically persistence, engagement, and an eagerness to learn. She also observed that the quarter saw improvements made, but more effort is still required for more meaningful changes in the industry: diverse representation would require better support systems and more diverse mentors for the blockchain industry. Her story is also an excellent motivation for those people who want to become leaders and change the situation in the tech industry.
The two full interviews focus on the specifics of the decentralized AI approach, methods of community building, and increasing diversity within Web3 initiatives.
