On October 30, the global consumer-grade public chain Morph officially launched the mainnet. During the transition from testnet to mainnet, community enthusiasm has been high, with over 6 million users participating and recording over 100 million transactions.

For a public chain project that focuses on 'consumer-grade ecology', Morph's future token issuance and mainnet interactive activities will undoubtedly benefit community users. Therefore, this article will provide a detailed mainnet interaction guide to help both new and experienced users quickly get started with ecological projects, experience early, and gain potential airdrop opportunities.

Morph Mainnet Early Interaction Guide

For ordinary users, the first step is to configure the Morph mainnet in their wallets. Here are the configuration steps for commonly used wallets:

1. Complete Morph mainnet configuration in your wallet.

1. Bitget Wallet

Bitget Wallet completed integration with the Morph mainnet at the first opportunity, allowing users to switch to the Morph network in the Bitget Wallet app and plugin without manual configuration, for mainnet asset management and transfers:

  • Open Bitget Wallet and go to the 'Wallet' tab.

  • Click the mainnet dropdown menu and select 'Add Mainnet'.

  • Search for and select 'Morph' from the list—if you need to add the testnet, you can select 'Morph Holesky';

2. MetaMask / OKX Web3 Wallets, etc.

Go to the Morph block explorer page and click the 'Add to Wallet' button, which will automatically import the Chain ID and RPC URL of the Morph mainnet;

3. Manually configure the network.

If there are compatibility issues when using the 'Add to Wallet' link, you can choose to manually add the Morph mainnet. Manual configuration requires the following information:

By following the above steps, we can quickly complete the configuration of the Morph mainnet, facilitating subsequent application interactions within the Morph ecosystem.

2. Early Look at the Morph Mainnet Ecosystem

After the launch of the Morph mainnet, some of the native projects from the previous testnet have been migrated to the mainnet, while others are still in the migration process.

Therefore, this article will combine together to explore a series of Morph applications and interaction methods, including DeFi, NFT, DePIN, consumers, etc.

Morph Bridge

Morph Bridge is the official cross-chain bridge of Morph, allowing token cross-chain operations between Ethereum and the Morph mainnet (in addition, we can also use third-party cross-chain bridges that support the Morph mainnet, such as Orbiter Finance, etc. for cross-chain operations).

Select the token and corresponding amount, and on the 'Deposit' page transfer ETH from Ethereum to the Morph mainnet; the 'Withdraw' page is the exact opposite.

BulbaSwap

BulbaSwap is a liquidity protocol on the Morph mainnet, where we can use the ETH and USDT previously crossed to Morph for regular Swap and Pool (adding liquidity to LP) operations.

For example, exchanging 10 USDT for ETH: first authorize the contract call for USDT, and after completion, confirm the Swap, which exchanges to 0.00407808 ETH.

It can be seen that the fees on the Morph mainnet are extremely low, with this transaction costing less than $0.08.

Then open the 'Pool' page, click 'Add V2 Liquidity', select USDT and ETH, input 0.1 ETH, and it will automatically match the amount of USDT to form LP. Finally, click 'ADD LIQUIDITY' and confirm in the wallet.

For future liquidity removal, you can select the corresponding LP position in my positions, then click 'Remove' and confirm.

Abra Finance

Abra Finance is a money market on Morph, allowing us to experience crypto asset lending similar to Aave, which has not yet migrated to the mainnet, so we will use the testnet interaction process as an example.

First, you can open the 'Dashboard' page, select WETH in 'Assets to supply', and then click deposit.

You can then enable the collateral lending function for the deposited crypto assets (turn on the 'collateral' switch), and then select other crypto assets for collateral lending on the 'Assets to borrow' page.

You can also view, track, and manage your on-chain lending positions in real-time.

Morpha.nft

'Morpha.nft' is the NFT trading market on the Morph mainnet, allowing users to search for and select any NFT series to buy and sell.

Currently, the floor prices of various NFT series are relatively low, mostly below 0.01 ETH. Users can click any collection, those marked with the Listed tag are listings from other users in this collection. Clicking on the image will take you to the NFT details page to view attributes, holders, trading royalties, and trading history. You can complete quick purchases in the collection page by clicking the bottom pop-up, and it also supports selecting multiple NFTs for bulk purchases.

Taking the currently highest market cap 'Blind Box Miracle' as an example, we can choose any NFT listed for sale, click 'Bug' to sign in the wallet to complete the purchase; selling is similar, click 'Sell' to sign in the wallet for listing.

In addition, Morpha innovatively provides free market-making tools, catering to a wider variety of users and facilitating NFT projects in proactive market-making to maintain NFT value.

Owlto Finance

Owlto Finance is a cross-chain and liquidity exchange protocol, where the cross-chain bridge allows for cross-chain operations between Morph and other supported regional blockchains:

Select the network and corresponding token, click 'Send' to transfer ETH from Ethereum to the Morph mainnet.

Kayak Finance

Kayak Finance is a DEX protocol that allows adding liquidity with testnet tokens and mining KAY tokens. It has not yet migrated to the mainnet, so we will use the testnet interaction process as an example.

First, we can click the 'Testing Token' in the upper right corner, sign the transaction in the wallet to obtain testnet tokens—100 Mock-USDT, then click 'Pool' and select the liquidity pool for the 'Mock USDC-Mock USDT' trading pair.

After inputting 50 Mock USDC, it will automatically match the amount of Mock USDT to form LP. Finally, click 'Deposit' and confirm in the wallet.

Standard Protocol

Standard Protocol is an order book trading DEX that allows users to trade tokens like ETH in the form of limit orders/market orders, which has not yet migrated to the mainnet, so we will use the testnet interaction process as an example.

For limit trading as an example, first, select the ETH/USDT trading pair, choose 'Sell ETH', then input the amount of tokens you want to trade and the listing price, automatically obtaining the exchange result. Click 'Review order' to view the order and sign to complete the trade.

Soccersm

Soccersm is a prediction market that allows trading of future cryptocurrency prices, sports match results, political elections, etc. It has not yet migrated to the mainnet, so we will use the testnet interaction process as an example.

First, you need to obtain your personal exclusive 5000 Balls through the faucet in the 'Dashboard', then you can choose the prediction events you want to participate in for on-chain betting.

Taking the prediction 'Harris will be the winner of the 2024 US presidential election' as an example, selecting 'Predict Elected' and 'Predict Not Elected' corresponds to different odds. The total betting amount has reached 402,600 Balls.

KaBoom

KaBoom is a consumer-grade DeFi application based on the Telegram Mini App, where users can first select the Morph mainnet and then trade meme coins.

First, enter the Telegram Mini App, bind your email, and set a PIN code. Then select the 'Morph' network, deposit ETH (deposit funds into the corresponding personal deposit address), and click boom to start quick trading.

It is worth noting that on the same day the mainnet launched, Morph also collaborated with TaskOn to launch a half-month mainnet exploration event called 'Dwellers of the Rainforest', where rewards can be earned through exploring DApps and completing tasks.

Ordinary users can participate in specific tasks to earn rewards, including completing designated tasks (such as following social media accounts, sharing specific content, etc.). After successfully completing the tasks, users will receive corresponding rewards, which may include points, tokens, or other forms of incentives.

Overall, with the official launch of the Morph mainnet, the issuance of tokens is just one step away. For ordinary users, this means that actively participating in various activities within the Morph ecosystem not only allows for point accumulation but may also lay the foundation for future token airdrops.

Previously, during the 'Genesis Jungle' event, Morph had clearly stated that the total points earned by users would be an important basis for future airdrops and exclusive rewards, thus early ecological interactions are particularly valuable.

At this critical time, by configuring wallets, completing interactive tasks, and continuously paying attention to ecological dynamics, users can seize a participation advantage. For ordinary users hoping to gain potential benefits, now is an excellent opportunity to lay out and deeply participate in the Morph ecosystem, worthy of long-term attention.
