PANews, November 4 - Dan Romero, co-founder of Farcaster, posted on the X platform suggesting that large fintech applications (such as PayPal, Coinbase, Cash App, etc.) could become interesting channels for election polling in the future. Romero pointed out that these platforms have a broad user base, comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) information, and strong mobile coverage, allowing for the rapid collection of anonymous, aggregated public opinion data through in-app push notifications, thereby attracting traditionally non-participating demographics in polls.
