Asset manager 21Shares has filed an S-1 form with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register an exchange-traded fund based on the XRP cryptocurrency, Cointelegraph reports.
21Shares intends to list its fund on the Cboe BZX exchange, with Coinbase Custody Trust Company serving as custodian if approved.
