Is the main force offloading or consolidating? A few tricks to help you discern and avoid pitfalls!

In the cryptocurrency world, the main force has many tactics, and the most troublesome is distinguishing between "offloading" and "consolidating." Once confused, you either get scared away at a low point or get stuck at a high point. Below are a few simple and practical identification methods to help you see through the main force's intentions at a glance!

Look at the K-line trend

During offloading, there is constant volatility at a high point, with red and green alternating on the K-line chart. The price can't rise and keeps hovering at a high level. It goes up and down, then slowly declines, making people mistakenly think it will still rise, while in fact, the main force is quietly offloading to retail investors.

In consolidation, it typically happens on the way up, suddenly accompanied by several large bearish candles, scaring people into panic. This is the main force cleaning up followers. Once the cleanup is done, it often leads to another surge.

Trading volume is key

During offloading, the trading volume increases, but the price stays stagnant; this is a typical case of ramping up to offload. High trading volume keeps occurring at high levels, active trading but no price increase, indicating that the main force is slowly retreating.

In consolidation, the trading volume may decrease, aimed at clearing away uncertain chips to make space for future rises. Once the chips are cleaned up, the trading volume will gradually increase again, continuing the upward trend.

Changes before and after a surge

Offloading usually occurs at high points after continuous surges, a sharp rise attracting everyone to enter, and then the main force slowly sells off chips, leading to a price decline.

Consolidation typically happens in the early or mid-stages of a rise, where the main force uses a pullback to clean up following retail investors. Once the retail investors sell off their coins, the price is raised again to reclaim chips.

Observe market sentiment

During offloading, the main force will align with favorable news, even guiding everyone to take over through the news, but knowledgeable individuals will sense that the atmosphere is a bit "overdone."

In consolidation, market sentiment is low, with many retail investors scared off by large bearish candles. At this time, public opinion may lean towards neutrality or bearishness, but attentive traders can find that the main force hasn't actually left.

Recently, I plan to ambush a potential coin that is ready to skyrocket, and doubling is quite simple. At the same time, I also intend to find some potential coins to hold until the end of the year, expecting a space of over 10 times is not a problem. If you want to keep up, follow me for free sharing.
