According to Foresight News, DWF Labs executive partner Andrei Grachev stated that DWF Labs has withdrawn funds from OpenEden and is considering legal action against the dismissed founding partner Eugene Ng. Andrei Grachev said, 'When I saw the surveillance video, I was shocked at how he could do such a thing. This is the worst thing a person can do and should be severely punished without mercy.'
Eugene Ng is also one of the team members of OpenEden, who was previously accused of drugging and sexually harassing a woman while intoxicated. In September, Andrei Grachev announced an investment of $10 million into the tokenized treasury bond investment platform OpenEden.
