According to Foresight News, Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announced its production and operations update for October 2024. In October, it produced 236 BTC, a 9% increase from the previous month and a 41% decrease from the previous year. It sold 194 BTC with a profit of US$13 million, increasing the number of Bitcoin held in its treasury from 1,147 BTC last month to 1,188 BTC.
