According to TechFlow, on November 1, Cointelegraph reported that the Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark said that after acquiring the US infrastructure company GRIID, it is close to realizing its plan to build 400 megawatts of production capacity in the next few years. GRIID provides CleanSpark with 50 megawatts of mining capacity.

U.S. Senator Bill Hagerty welcomed CleanSpark to Tennessee, adding that the state is a “great place to grow business” as it has quickly grown into “one of the epicenters of the bitcoin industry in the United States.”

In September, CleanSpark agreed to purchase seven mining facilities and associated land in the Knoxville, Tennessee area, increasing the company’s hash rate by 22%. The company also announced in its fiscal year report released on October 4 that its hash rate had increased by 187% over the past 12 months.
