First, they will offer basic knowledge training courses on 'What is Web3?' and further conduct business consulting. Next, they will assist companies in creating use case studies and provide infrastructure development and maintenance services. For example, they will provide training on basic knowledge of Web3, research support for Web3 applications, blockchain utilization services, and enterprise-level Ethereum client maintenance support.
Deeply cultivating the blockchain industry, leading a new trend in technology applications
Since 2016, Hitachi Solutions has been actively engaged in the development of blockchain business in collaboration with Hitachi, Ltd. and overseas companies. Despite having deepened their involvement in the industry for many years, they have been seeking to further enhance their position in the market. The solutions launched this time cover familiar services, such as Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud computing based on Hyperledger Besu and Platform as a Service (PaaS), as well as the Consensys GoQuorum transaction signer provided by UK Web3 Labs. Hitachi Solutions stated that whether a company is newly exposed to Web3 and blockchain or wishes to validate commercialization, they can provide solutions that meet their needs.
In terms of application cases, the company illustrated achieving 'regional revitalization' through decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) or the issuance of independent currencies, achieving 'marketing enhancement' through product limited editions, and achieving 'supply chain management' through producer certification.

Aiming at future market demand, assisting multiple industries in digital transformation
Hitachi Solutions emphasizes that blockchain technology and Web3 are new IT technologies capable of solving the issues of traditional centralized data management and trust. They believe that in the future, various industries will need to build new business models utilizing blockchain technology. Particularly in a survey conducted in 2024, the financial and insurance industries showed a high concern for 'digital currency and smart contracts'; the transportation and postal industries focused on 'recording the movement and delivery status of goods'; and the healthcare and welfare industries needed 'secure information management for patients and users'.
To support the sustainable operation of enterprises, Hitachi Solutions will provide experienced professional consulting and comprehensive solutions. They stated that they will assist enterprises in achieving success in the new digital era through professional teams and abundant resources. In a recent overseas case, the US tech company CattleProof utilized blockchain to prove the traceability of beef cattle, gaining certification from the US Department of Agriculture, which also reflects that the application of blockchain technology is gradually deepening across various industries globally.
Therefore, blockchain should not be used solely for discussions on investment and speculation; internationally, there are still many interesting cases and business models waiting to be explored.
