PANews, October 28 - According to Circle's official blog, Inco Network and Circle Research have jointly released a white paper introducing the 'Confidential ERC-20' framework, which provides compliant privacy solutions for public chains. This framework can transform standard ERC-20 tokens into privacy-protected versions, hiding account balances and transaction amounts through fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology, ensuring compliance while providing privacy protection for users.
The main features of the Confidential ERC-20 framework include: encrypted balances and transfer amounts, authorized view permissions, programmable transfer rules, etc., suitable for scenarios such as supply chain payments, salary distributions, and peer-to-peer payments.
