$BTC Bitcoin Hisory

It all began in 2008 when an individual or group of people using the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto published a whitepaper titled "Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System." The actual identity of Satoshi Nakamoto remains unknown to this day.

In January 2009, Nakamoto released the first Bitcoin software, and the first block of the Bitcoin blockchain, known as the "genesis block," was mined. This marked the beginning of the Bitcoin network.

Initially, Bitcoin had little monetary value, and it was mainly used by early adopters and enthusiasts. The first recorded Bitcoin transaction took place in May 2010 when a programmer named Laszlo Hanyecz paid 10,000 bitcoins for two pizzas, which is now celebrated as "Bitcoin Pizza Day."

Over the years, Bitcoin gained traction, and its value started to rise.
