Deep Tide TechFlow News, October 21, according to official news, the Ethereum scaling solution Scroll announced its first token airdrop plan, which will allocate 7% of the total supply of SCR tokens to ecosystem contributors. This airdrop aims to reward participants who contribute to the development of the Scroll protocol, ecosystem, and community.
The airdrop is mainly divided into four categories: Community Airdrop, Ecosystem Projects, Industry Contributors, and Global Community. Among them, the Community Airdrop allocates 55 million SCR (5.5% of the total supply) to reward users who actively participate in the Scroll ecosystem through on-chain activities.
The specific allocation plan is as follows:
40 million SCR (4%) will be proportionally distributed to on-chain participants who have accumulated over 200 Marks as of October 19, 2024.
10 million SCR (1%) as "Equal Contribution" will be evenly distributed among all eligible on-chain participants.
5 million SCR (0.5%) as "On-chain Rewards" will be allocated to participants who meet specific conditions, such as holding top ENS domain names, donating to Gitcoin or Juicebox, and using smart contract wallets on Scroll.
The snapshot for assessing eligibility for the first Scroll airdrop will be taken at 00:00 UTC on October 19, 2024. Eligible recipients can start claiming from 07:00 UTC on October 22, 2024, and the first airdrop will be open for 90 days.
