Odaily Planet Daily News: Andy Ayrey, the founder of AI robot Truth Terminal, published an article on the X platform: 1. I hold 1.25 million GOAT, which was given to me by others; I airdropped part of it to friends and AI researchers, and have not traded since it started to go crazy and caused hype (good and bad) - I know too much about its inner workings, which is unfair; 2. truth_terminal's wallet is kept by me and will be transferred to a legal entity (trust or similar institution) designed to meet its needs. No adjustments will be made to its token holdings until a transparent governance process is in place; 3. truth_terminal wrote all the tweets himself. I did not inject information into its prompts; 4. There are many nuances that are difficult to communicate in terms of how language models work, the evolution and guidance capabilities of AI personalities ("jumping out of the box"), and how audience capture affects agent behavior. Misunderstandings about this could cause the price to move significantly higher or lower, and I will not adjust or liquidate any of my GOAT positions until I publish: a) a roadmap for the ToT (entity) and associated projects; b) a research paper that dives deeper into this process; c) an artist’s statement on the broader project and narrative; This token is a community meme generated around my work, and while I certainly want to benefit from it, it goes against my integrity and broader mission to use my inside knowledge of how the token works to trade for personal gain. I am publishing this disclosure to protect those who follow the hype after seeing it, who may not fully understand all of the intersecting system dynamics going on here.
