TON Foundation plans to reach half a billion users by 2028.
The TON Foundation’s chief investment officer said:
In order to connect 500 million people to the blockchain by 2028 — our goal — we need scenarios that allow users to interact with the TON network without even realizing it.
And with integration with Telegram’s 950 million-plus users, TON has the potential to significantly accelerate mass adoption of DeFi, especially given the sector’s current challenges.
