My experience in position management:

1. One point to emphasize: it is best for novices not to touch contract trading, the risk is too high;

2. It is recommended to control the spot position at 90%-95%, and the contract position at most 5%-10%; (I used to have a 50% contract position, but I was liquidated four times. Later, I learned my lesson and even only did spot for a period of time, with 100% spot positions);

3. For spot, it is recommended to build positions in batches, and a few bottom-picking can effectively spread the cost;

4. If you must play contracts, the initial position plus the replenishment position should not exceed 10% of the total position, so that the risk of forced liquidation can be controlled and the principal can be protected.

Remember, never add positions when there is a floating loss, don't carry orders, and don't blindly chase ups and downs. Maintaining a good mentality is the key. Only when the mentality is stable can you respond to the market correctly. Always respect the market, and position management is the foundation of survival!
