Exactly one year ago, on October 02, 2023, we introduced an innovative take on Bitcoin’s historic price cycles with our ‘Angles Theory’, applying it to the logarithmic growth curve to create a clear roadmap for Bitcoin’s current cycle. At the time, BTC was hovering around $28,000 before making a meteoric rise to $74,000. Now, as we revisit this analysis, let’s see what the theory tells us about Bitcoin’s future and whether we’re on track to reach $140,000 - $160,000!

📈 Cycle Peaks & Angles – Historic Patterns in Play

Bitcoin’s previous cycle peaks—$32, $1250, $19,800, and $69,800—all made contact with the Logarithmic Top Growth Curve, a reliable indicator since BTC’s inception. What’s fascinating is that each peak-to-peak measurement appears to reduce by roughly half, corresponding to angle shifts:

‱ 42°,

‱ 22°,

‱ 11°.

For the current cycle, we’re projecting a new peak with an angle of 7° on the log curve, signaling a potential price of $140,000 - $160,000.

📉 Bottoms & Angles – How Low Can We Go?

Applying the same angle-based principle to Bitcoin’s cycle bottoms, we observe a similar half-step decline between each bottom, although with more variation. The current cycle bottom is estimated to fall around an 8° angle, further supporting the theory of diminishing returns over time.

🕰 Where Do We Stand Now?

Compared to last year, the Angles Theory has proven to be surprisingly accurate. Bitcoin’s latest cycle is far more aggressive than the previous two, thanks largely to the impact of the Bitcoin ETF launch. It bears a stronger resemblance to BTC’s first major cycle—suggesting we’re still on track for a massive run.

Our model points to a peak by January 2025, but the Sine Waves Tops—which have captured Bitcoin’s cyclical peaks with impressive accuracy—suggest we could hit the peak closer to November 2025.

🔼 What’s Next?

So, could we really see Bitcoin reach a minimum of $140K and even stretch to $160K by the end of 2025, as our 7° Logarithmic Growth Curve projection indicates? The historical data certainly supports it, but only time will tell.

What do you think? Will the current cycle continue to follow these historical patterns, or could we be in for a surprise? Let us know in the comments below—where do you see Bitcoin heading next?
