TechFlow News October 18th DeFiance founder Arthur commented on the Radiant Capital theft on X, saying, "I firmly believe that if you have access to a large amount of user funds and have obtained proper funding support. Even for team/protocol multi-signatures, there is no reason not to use the best institutional-grade custody. Just use the best institutional-grade custody solutions such as Fireblocks, Fordefi, etc. They can also be integrated into your multi-signature workflow. Hard wallet + SAFE multi-signature does not work."

According to previous news, blockchain security company SlowMist released an analysis of the Radiant Capital security incident. The report showed that the attacker illegally obtained the permissions of three owners in the Radiant Capital multi-signature wallet. Since the multi-signature wallet uses the 3/11 signature verification mode, the attacker used these three private keys to sign off-chain and then initiated on-chain transactions.
