Three years ago, Vitalik donated 432 trillion ELON, amounting to $1 billion and representing 43% of the total supply, to the foundation. The foundation added 83 trillion ELON to Uniswap nine hours before the report, suggesting that they intend to initiate sales once the token's price surpasses $0.00001207.
