🚨 Trump was "assassinated for the third time"?

Many news sites reported on the third assassination attempt against Trump. Specifically:

On October 12, 2024, Vem Miller, 49, was arrested outside Trump's rally in Coachella with a shotgun, a loaded handgun, a large-capacity magazine, and many fake documents.

The Riverside County Sheriff believes they have prevented a plot to assassinate Trump. However, the FBI and the US Secret Service believe that Miller, although armed, may have only used it for self-defense and there was no indication that he intended to attack Donald Trump. Therefore, this cannot be considered an assassination.

Miller also denied the charges related to the assassination plot and was released after posting $5,000 bail.
