Let's analyze the current market in depth. When Bitcoin (BTC) fell to around 62050 yesterday, the adjustment of the second wave was declared over. Subsequently, we ushered in a strong rebound of the third wave, jumping from 62050 to 64500, which is the increase we witnessed today. However, it is worth noting that the increase of the third wave did not exceed the first wave, and even so, it should not be the shortest wave. This means that if the subsequent market continues to rise and enters the stage of the fifth wave of highs, the increase of the fifth wave will not exceed the 2450 points of the third wave. On this basis, we can reasonably speculate that even if the fifth wave is successful, its stretch will be less than 2450 points, and the final closing price must be higher than 64500.
At present, the market may be entering the fourth wave of the callback stage. The initial target of this callback is 63600. If this price is lost, it may further decline to the range of 63000-62950. In this callback process, 63600-62950 will become the key support level of the fourth wave callback. Once the market is supported near these prices, it is expected to restart the upward trend and move towards the high point of the fifth wave.
For the high point of the fifth wave, I expect it to be in the range of 66000-65400. When the market touches this range, I will consider laying out short orders to capture the abc wave decline opportunity after the high point of the fifth wave.
