Yesterday, during an AMA session in the Binance Arabic Telegram group, a user filed a complaint. He explained that he had placed an order on Binance P2P, paid the seller, but the order time had expired without him receiving the cryptocurrencies. My response to him was that it was partly his fault. During the order period, after completing the payment, he had to press the yellow button that says “Transferred, Notify Seller”. This button allows Binance’s escrow system to freeze the cryptocurrencies until the seller can release them. If the user does not press this button, even the seller cannot release the coins. I am sharing this post because I often receive similar issues from Binance P2P users. My advice: take your time to read the terms and conditions before making any transaction.
