I want to buy a crypto but I'm not sure when it's cheap. Here's a simple and useful guide, maybe not foolproof but it works most of the time.

1. Check the RSI value, if it's low it's good. Here's an observation, check the RSI's trajectory and look for it to be low compared to the recent past. Example: if we are looking at the graph for 5m (5 minutes) the reference for low would be compared to the previous 40 to 60 values. If so, that's a plus.

2. Check the volume of the recent past. When the price and volume (buy) increase it's a reliable signal for buying (don't forget the other signals described). If the price goes down and the volume (sell) increases, it's also a good signal. Be wary of the signal when there is divergence, for example, the price goes up but the volume doesn't (market manipulation).

3. Check the information on buy/sell orders by trader type (small, medium, large) especially in the 15-minute time frame. It will help you know if buying or selling is dominating.

4. The flow of money inflows over the last 24 hours. It is good to know if it is increasing or decreasing.

I hope these guides help you in your purchase decision. In another post we will talk about when to sell
 Good luck!!!!
