Donald Trump’s odds of winning the U.S. presidential election have reached their highest level in two months on prediction market Polymarket.

According to Polymarket, traders believe former President Trump has a 55.8% chance of winning, while Vice President Kamala Harris has a 43.8% chance of winning. The November election has attracted more than $1.6 billion in bets.

Trump’s odds of winning have risen to levels seen since President Biden announced he would not seek reelection, paving the way for Vice President Harris to take over.

Another prediction market, Kalshi, which recently received approval to list contracts based on U.S. elections, also shows Trump leading, 52% to 48%. Meanwhile, data from PredictIt shows Trump leading by a 53% to 52% margin.

While Polymarket is technically unavailable to U.S. users, some have bypassed restrictions with VPNs. In contrast, Kalshi and PredictIt are legal in the U.S.
