Paso 1: Accede a Binance

First, open the Binance app on your phone or visit [binance.com](https://www.binance.com) on your computer. If you don't have an account, you'll need to sign up. The registration process is simple, you just need to provide an email, create a password, and verify your identity if necessary.

Step 2: Deposit USDT or USDC into your account

Before you start trading futures, you will need stablecoins such as USDT or USDC. These coins are pegged to the dollar, making it easy to calculate your profits.

- If you already have USDT or USDC, you can transfer them from your wallet or bank account.

- If you don't have any, you can buy them directly on Binance. Go to the Buy Crypto option at the top of the page or in the app. Choose USDT or USDC, enter the amount you want to buy, and select a payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Step 3: Enter the Futures section

Once you have USDT or USDC in your Binance account, go to the Futures section.

- In the app, you will find it at the bottom of the screen.

- On the web version, it's at the top under the Derivatives tab and select USDⓈ-M. This will take you to the page where you can trade futures contracts denominated in stablecoins.

Step 4: Choose the asset you want to trade

Now, select the asset you want to invest in. Binance offers futures contracts for several popular assets, including BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), BNB, and many more.

For example, if you think the price of Bitcoin is going to rise, you can choose the BTC/USDT contract.

Step 5: Select the margin type

You have two options: isolated margin or cross margin.

- Isolated margin: The risk is limited to the balance of the individual position. It is ideal for beginners because, if the trade does not go well, you will not lose more than what you put into that position.

- Cross margin: Uses the entire balance of your futures account. This means that all your positions are linked, which can increase risk.

For this example, we are going to use isolated margin to limit the risk.

Step 6: Decide whether you are going long or short

- If you think the price of Bitcoin will rise, choose to open a long (buy) position.

- If you think the price will go down, choose to open a short position (sell).

In this example, let's say you think the price of Bitcoin will rise. Then you will open a long position.

Step 7: Set the leverage

Binance allows you to use leverage, which means you can control a larger position with less capital. However, leverage magnifies both profits and losses.

- In this example, you select a leverage of 5x. If you invest 100 USDT, you will actually be controlling a position of 500 USDT.

- Important note: The higher the leverage, the higher the risk. If you are a beginner, we recommend using low leverage (2x or 3x).

Step 8: Set your investment and open the trade

Let's say you decide to invest 100 USDT. With 5x leverage, you'll be controlling a 500 USDT position in Bitcoin.

- Enter the amount you wish to invest (in this case, 100 USDT).

- Confirm your order and open the trade.

Step 9: Monitor your investment

Once your position is open, you can see how your profits or losses fluctuate in real time. On the Binance Futures screen, you will be able to see:

- Entry Price: The price at which you opened the position.

- Unrealized P/L: Current profit or loss in USDT.

- Liquidation Price: If the market moves against you, and the price of Bitcoin falls below a certain level, your position will be liquidated (automatically closed to prevent further losses).

In this example, if the price of Bitcoin increases by 10%, your 500 USDT position would increase by 50 USDT. Since you initially invested 100 USDT, your profit would be 50 USDT, representing a 50% return on your investment.

Step 10: Close your position

When you are satisfied with your profits or if you want to stop losses, you can close your position. To do so:

- Go to the Open Positions screen.

- Click Close Position.

- Confirm that you wish to close the position and your profit or loss will be settled in USDT.
