Members of the crypto community have become more confident that Len Sassaman is the creator of Bitcoin. However, his wife has previously expressed confidence that this is not true.
The HBO television network has announced the release of the documentary Money Electric: The Bitcoin Mystery on October 9, in which it promises to reveal the identity of the anonymous creator of Bitcoin.
The film was directed by Cullen Hoback. His previous work, Q: Into the Storm, was dedicated to debunking the QAnon conspiracy theory popular in the United States.
“We make a damn compelling case in the film, and I think who we end up with will be surprising and controversial. I'm sure people will argue about it no matter how compelling our arguments are, and that's fine. That's the nature of this space. We had a lot more evidence than we were able to include in the film," the director said.
