BITCOIN WHALE TRANSFERRED $3.6 MILLION IN COINS MINED IN 2009
An unknown user, who has been holding over $72.5 million in digital gold since 2009, transferred $3.58 million worth of bitcoins to the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange. This was noticed by Arkham.
“This bitcoin was mined a month after the network launched, in February-March 2009,” the report says.
Experts noted that on September 24, the same whale transferred 5 BTC (about $315,970 at the time of the transaction) to Kraken.
