Visa has announced a new platform to help banks issue and manage fiat-backed tokens. BBVA will pilot the platform on the Ethereum blockchain in 2025. Visa’s VTAP solution integrates with existing banking infrastructure via APIs. Visa remains concerned about stablecoin adoption. 🤔
