According to official news, Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer released an unaudited mining and operations update report for September 2024, which disclosed that it produced 164 BTC from self-mining in the month, compared with 166 BTC from self-mining last month and 482 BTC from self-mining in September 2023. Bitdeer also disclosed that the mass production of SEALMINER A1 is still on schedule for the fourth quarter of 2024, and is expected to contribute 3.4 EH/s to Bitdeer's proprietary hash rate. In mid-September, the initial tape-out wafers of the SEAL02 chip were received from TSMC. Preliminary verification and prototype testing showed that the efficiency reached 13.5 J/TH in low-voltage, ultra-power-saving mode. The SEAL02 chip will be integrated into Bitdeer's SEALMINER A2 mining machine, which is scheduled to start mass production in November 2024.
